You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hezhou Shi. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the destination is in Chengdong, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Vienna Hotels, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
If the service takes place at Mayin Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Sizhou Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Dazhong Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Ji Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
