You do not need to be in Kongtong Qu to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Address details for Dongguan should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Pingliang Vocational & Technical College? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chengxi Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Gaoping Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Luping Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at 7 Days Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If the recipient’s address is in Xijiao, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
