You do not need to be in Lianhu Qu to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Xi'an City Wall Scenic Spot in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Lianhu Qu close at 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Beiyuanmen, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hanting Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Sheraton, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Tingting Guesthouse (Xi'an Huimin Street Guangji Street), after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Hanting Hotel has a listed address of 莲湖路 Liánhú Rd; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Xi'an Hui Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Xi'an Number 25 Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at South Church of the Diocese of Xi'an are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Xi'an Children's Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For a recipient whose address is in Hongmiaopo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Haidilao Hot Pot, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
