A florist in Luoyang handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes Xiguan Subdistrict, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Luoyang First People's Hospital(Longhai Campus), check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Before sending to Luoyang First People's Hospital(Zhongzhou Campus), confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Sending flowers to someone at Luoyang International Tourism College? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Luoyang No.10 Senior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Luoyang No.13 Senior High School(West Campus), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Guanlin Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at White Horse Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Dongguan Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with 7 Days Inn before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Luoyang Dongdu Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before sending to a workplace such as Luoyang Radio and TV Center, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
If you are sending to a guest of Atour Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Jinjiang Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
