Flowers for a service at Awancang Monastery are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Qihama Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Serde Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
