For a recipient in Quanzhou, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Quanzhou. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Houcuo, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending to InterContinental Quanzhou? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When arranging flowers for InterContinental Quanzhou, note its listed address, Daxing Street 1466; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Zhenwu Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone in Huafeng, use that locality name within the delivery address.
