You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Shanghanglu Jiedao. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as former consulate of Austria-Hungary are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Shanghanglu Jiedao close at 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Fuming Commiunity, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When the recipient is at Tianjin Gong'an Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. For a recipient at The Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before ordering for a guest at Renaissance Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Friendship Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending flowers to Yaohua High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Tianjin No. 21 High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Ji Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Tian He Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
An order addressed to Tianjin Civil Defense Administration should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kiessling Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Flowers for a service at Anligan Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
