Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Wulingyuan Qu can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Wulingyuan Qu is 14:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Suoxiyu, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check that Wuling Shanshui Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Xijian·Fengting Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Saygut Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Address details for Baofenglu should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Grimm & Cook house, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
