Flower Delivery in Xian

For a recipient in Xian, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Map of China in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Statue of Master Xuanzang are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Flower Delivery in Xi an — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Xi an

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a thank-you addressed to staff at Xi'an Children's Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Shaanxi Provincial Government, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Jingwei, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Hairong fried dumpling, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

What should I check before sending flowers for a service at a church?

If the service takes place at Chongyang Gong, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
