Arrange a flower delivery in Xiaoguan Jiedao online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Xiaoguan Jiedao is 14:00, local time. Before arranging flowers for someone at HarMoni Care Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Tibet Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for The Science and Technology Branch of Beijing Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Tibetan High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Beijing Huiqiao hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Use the hospital’s full address for Beijing National Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mr. Lee needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
