A florist in Xietulu Jiedao handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Former site of the liaison point between the CPC Central Committee and the Central Military Commission are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. May Thirtieth Movement Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. An address in Xintiandi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Shanghai Chest Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. A flower order for a recipient at Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. The listed address for Shanghai Chest Hospital is 淮海西路 241号; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Mercure, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Four Points by Sheraton, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a service at Shanghai Confucian Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at City God Temple of Shanghai, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Xujiahui Saint Ignatius Catholic Cathedral, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When ordering for a recipient at Shanghai Municipal People's Government, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at CLOUD Bistro, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a delivery to a teacher at Xuhui High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Sending flowers to someone at Shanghai No. 3 Girls' High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
