You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Xinhong Jiedao. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Xinhong Jiedao, place your order before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Caojiadu, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending to Air Force Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. If you are sending flowers to someone at Huashan Hospital West Campus, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. When the recipient is at Shanghai Exit entry inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. 哈密路 1713 is the listed address of Air Force Hospital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Changzheng Secondary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Jiuting No.3 Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Nord Anglia Chinese International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Caijiawan Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Dayuantong Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Panlong Christian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending to a workplace such as Changning District BeiXinJing Sub-district Community Affairs Service Center, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Al Borgo, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
