You’ll pick the city and day on the product
A florist in Xinwu Qu handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Xinwu Qu is 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Hongshan, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Ibis Styles, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Millennium Hotel Wuxi, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending flowers to Boston International School Wuxi, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Xingzhi Technology College? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at "Xiang" hall, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Zhi-De-Mu-Dao memorial archway, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at "First Royal Family" memorial archway, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Ibis? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A flower order for a recipient at New District Phoenix Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For a recipient at Wuxi (Taihu) International Science and Technology Park Management Committee, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Jiangxi, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending to a patient at Wuxi Rende (Rehabilitation) Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
