Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Xinzhou Qu. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Beimen, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Ji Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check that Super 8 can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Atour Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When the destination is in Dongshi, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Haidilao Hot Pot, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
