Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For a recipient whose address is in Cheng Qu, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending to Bazhou Branch of Leping Town Health Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. If you are sending flowers to someone at Xiyang County Leiping Town Health Center, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bazhou School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Hongshui Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Wujiaping Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Chongjiao Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Ciyun Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Shubeier Smart Choice Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When the recipient is at Xiyang County People's Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Dazhai Tax Branch of Xiyang County Tax Bureau, State Taxation Administration, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When entering an address in Dongguan, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Niujiujia Guomu Barbecue Cuisine, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Xiyang 3D Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
