Sending Flowers to Schools in Yangzhou

Before sending flowers to Shuren School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Yangzhou Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Jiangsu Hanjiang Experimental School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at HomeInn Style should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Shouxihu, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Saizeriya, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
