You do not need to be in Yuelu Qu to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Hunan Normal University Old School Gate in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Pointing to the Country is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For someone in Dongfanghong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for ECT检查区, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Sending to a patient at Huanghe Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hilton Changsha Riverside, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Hilton Garden Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hanting Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Changsha Fourth Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When entering an address in Hanpu, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Haidilao Hot Pot, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
