You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Yueyanglou Qu. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Yueyanglou Qu. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Dongting.
If the service takes place at Confucian Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hansen hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
