Send your flower order for Zhengxiang Qu online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Changhu, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Chuanshan Experimental Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Hengyang 1st Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Ranz Hotel (Hengyang Changfeng Avenue), ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a recipient at Hengyang City Government Building, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Hongxiang, retain the locality when filling in the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
