You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Zhenxin Jiedao. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Song Qingling Mausoleum in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Xintiandi.
Check with the ward at Campus Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Before sending to Air Force Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
A delivery for Yew Chung International School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Changzheng Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to School of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Chongzhen Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Huxi Chapel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Taopu Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Artyzen Habitat Taopu Shanghai before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Putuo Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When ordering for a recipient at Chang Ning District Xian Xia Sub-district Community Affairs Service Center, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Home Original Chicken, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
If the recipient is staying at Shanghai Jiangqiao Wanda Manxin Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before ordering for a guest at Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Jinsha, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
