Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Chaparral. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monumento El Indio are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Place a same-day order for Chaparral by the local cutoff of 15:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Divino Niño, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for someone staying at Fontana should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Cointrasur, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Colegio Soledad Medina is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Buenos Aires, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela La Jazminia? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Casa Cural, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia Divino Niño, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia El Señor de los Milagros, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Europa before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For someone working at Casa de la Cultura "Darío Echandía Olaya", confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Where the delivery address includes José Mariano Melo, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurante Arroyave, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
