A flower order for Chinacota can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Parque Ramon Gonzalez Valencia are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Simón Bolivar is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Chinacota? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel El Bosque, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Hotel Islavita, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for Escuela General Paez is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela La Colorada? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Los Alamos, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Capilla Nuestra Señora del Carmen de Iscalá, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia Cristiana, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia San Juan de Dios, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Colonial Chinácota, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Asiático, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
