You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Circasia. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as La verdad os hará libres are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Circasia close at 15:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Camilo Torres, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Las Orquideas, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Before ordering for a guest at Finca La Bella, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Aroma Cafetera, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Carrera 11 is the listed address of Las Orquideas; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escuela Nueva La Cristalina is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela nueva Barcelona alta? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Institucion Educativa Henry Marín Granada, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at arroquia Nuestra Señora del Rosario, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital San Vicente de Paul, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Fiscalia General de la Nación, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a recipient whose address is in Mirador, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurante El Roble, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
