Send flowers to someone in Filandia without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as La virgen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monumento a los fundadores is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Use the hospital’s full address for Unidad de Atención Integral a Conductas Adictivas, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela La Morelia, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Nueva San Luis is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escuela Santa Teresa, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Maria Inmaculada, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Oceano Casa espiritual, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel El Buen Descanso, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a recipient at Hospital Mental de Filandia, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
An order for a staff member at Alcaldía municipal de Filandia should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Nata Lu needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
