Flower Delivery in Gacheta

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

If the recipient is staying at Hotel Gachetá Real, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital San Francisco, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.

An order for a staff member at Fiscalía General de la Nación should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

When entering an address in Los Arrayanes, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at El Bucanero, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
