Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ibague. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Estatua de Simón Bolívar is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Monumento a Javier Arango in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Ibague is 15:00, local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Las Américas.
For a patient at Oncomedic, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Before sending to Clínica de ojos del Tolima, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. When the recipient is at ColMEDICA, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The listed address for Oncomedic is Carrera 4b Carrera 4B No 31-44; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Liceo Nacional? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to I.E. Germán Pardo García - Sede Jorge Quevedo Velázquez, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Ana Julia Suarez de Zorroza, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at ICAP Manantial de vida, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia cristiana fuente de amor are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Parroquia Anunciación del Señor, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Estelar Altamira, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to a workplace such as COLPENSIONES, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Aldus, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to F-25 HOTEL, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Campestre Puente Blanco, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
