When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Alto Junin, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Flower Delivery in Isnos — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Isnos

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Amanvari Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Montilla, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Alto de Los Idolos, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
