Same Day Delivery
A florist in La Estrella handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in La Estrella. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for CIS Comfama La Estrella, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Use the hospital’s full address for Cis La Estrella Edificio Fuente Clara, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Check with the ward at Hospital La Estrella before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Sending flowers to someone at Institución Educativa Bernardo Arango Macías? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida de Colombia - Ferrería Bariloche, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Igleasia Católica, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Iglesia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Centro Administrativo Municipal La Estrella should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Arigato artisan bakery needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
