You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in La Explanacion online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in La Explanacion, use the destination’s 15:00 local cutoff. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in La Explanación, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Casa San Pedro, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Hostal Origen Colonial before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If you are sending to a guest of Hostal palmas de cocora, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address given for Casa San Pedro is Calle 5 1-37; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escuela El Roble is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela de Boquía, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient whose address is in Los Pomos, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at Restaurante El Roble, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
