Send flowers to La Y from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Ayacucho in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Placa is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for La Y close at 15:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Arrayanes, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Centro Dermatológico Federico Lleras Acosta, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro Sopeña Bogotá Sur, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Salesiano de Leon XIII, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to CRECER Mártires, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Iglesia En la Fe Avivando el Fuego del Espíritu Santo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Iglesia de Santa Barbara, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Carmen, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Golden Dream, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When the recipient is at Hospital Universitario San Juan de Dios, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Alcaldía Local Rafaél Uribe Uribe, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
An address in El Libertador should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Asadero Saboriko needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
