For a recipient in San Sebastian, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Before sending to Unidad de Atencion San Sebastian, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Calle 2A is the listed address of Unidad de Atencion San Sebastian; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Basico Santiago, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escuela Rural Mix El Garrizal, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Rural Mixta Cruz Chiquita, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla segunda, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Parroquia San Sebastian are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Casa Blanca, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
An order addressed to Alcaldía San Sebastian should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Los Balcones, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
