A florist in Villamaría handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Santuario Scout La gruta is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in La Florida, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Termales Tierra Viva, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Esc. El Bosque, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escuela Corozal, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Institución Educativa Jhon F. Kennedy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Nuestra Señora del Rosario, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at San Judas Tadeo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Virgen de las Naciones, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Chalet del Encanto before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in La Pradera.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Refugio Potosi, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
