Arrange a flower delivery in Bahia Ballena online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Alto Mango, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Tribe Boutique Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For flowers addressed to a guest at Cristal Ballena, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Casa Sulára? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Ballena, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escuela Flor de la Bahía is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de Bahía, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia de Dominicalito, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Whale Tail Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For flowers addressed to someone at ASADA Bahía - Uvita, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Bahía, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Indómitos Cafe & Bar, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
