You can send flowers to someone in Tarcoles even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Tarcoles is 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for Agujas should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Villa Caletas, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at House of the Macaws, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Escuela IDA Bijagual, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Quebrada Ganado, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela República de Guyana, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Iglesia Quebrada Ganado, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia de Playa Azul, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Zephyr Palace? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the recipient’s address is in Camaronal, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at Restaurante El Mirador, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
