A flower order for Tarrazu can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Cruz del Cerro Trinidad are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. An address in Corea should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering for a guest at Albergue Turistico Los Campesinos, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel El Palenque should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending flowers to someone at Escuela El Rodeo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escuela León Cortés Castro, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escuela San Lorenzo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Casa cural, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia El Rodeo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Iglesia San Lorenzo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel La Arboleda, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When ordering for a recipient at Juzgado Contravencional de Tarrazú, Dota y León Cortés, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the recipient’s address is in Cura, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurante La Tilapia, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
