A flower order for a recipient at Zavod za fizikalnu medicinu i rehabilitaciju needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For a recipient at Lječilište Bizovačke toplice, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The address for Zavod za fizikalnu medicinu i rehabilitaciju is given as Sunčana ulica 37a; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.

Flowers for a service at crkva svetog Mateja are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Termia, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
