If the service takes place at Kapela Presvetog Trojstva, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at crkva svetog Jakoba, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Prelog — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Prelog

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Grad Prelog, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Pod Vrti, use that locality name within the delivery address.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

For a tribute intended for Groblje Prelog, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restoran KTC, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
