For a recipient in Rukavac, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Štab NOV 1944 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Rukavac. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Kukići, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Stancija Kovačići, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Stancija Kovačići has a listed address of Rukavac 51; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Područna škola Rukavac, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at crkva svetog Luke evanđelista, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address details for Mulji should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Stancija Kovačići, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
