When several people are giving the flowers together at Check Kids Out, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Kolegio San Dominico, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Seru Machu

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Oostpunt.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Boka 19, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
