Flower Delivery in Polis

For a recipient in Polis, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Boat ll:3583 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Old ship "Maria" in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Sending Flowers to Hotels in Polis

A flower order for someone staying at Natura Beach should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Mariela Hotel Apartments, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Akamanthea Holiday Village, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. You will find Natura Beach listed at Χριστόδουλου Παπανικοπούλου; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Polis

If the service takes place at Agios Andronikos, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Agios Nikolaos are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Ag. Apostolos Andreas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Polis — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Polis

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at The Old Town restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
