For a recipient in Dalovice, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Dalovice, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When the destination is in Vysoká, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with Carlsbad INN before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Carlsbad INN is listed at Široká 240/2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Kostel Panny Marie Utěšitelky, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Obecní úřad Dalovice, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Where the delivery address includes Všeborovice, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before sending a tribute to Hřbitov Dalovice, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at INN side, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
