Send your flower order for Francova Lhota online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Trampům padlým za vlast in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as k poctě všem rodákům are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
When a funeral service is held at Kostel sv. Štěpána, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Obecní úřad Francova Lhota, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at 100dola, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
