When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Before sending flowers to Střední odborná škola a Střední odborné učiliště, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Narození Panny Marie are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at svatý Mikuláš, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Obecní úřad, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Hospoda U Máchala needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
