Send your flower order for Jablonec nad Nisou online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Ing. Otto Intze is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. For a service at Kaple svaté Anny, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Kostel Nejsvětějšího Srdce Ježíšova, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Nejsvětější Trojice are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
