Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Panna Maria is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Obětem nacismu - 6.5.1945 Hugo Vogel in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Flowers for a service at Kostel sv. Petra a Pavla are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at obecní úřad, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Restaurace a Penzion Na Kovárně needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
