A florist in Oskava handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Ondřej Kvapnik is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Oskava is 14:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
If the service takes place at sv. Antonín, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Obecní úřad Oskava, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Čertův mlýn, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
