You can order flowers for Pohled online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Rodina Turnovských are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
When a funeral service is held at Pramenná kaple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at sv. Anna, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Obecní úřad Pohled, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
A tribute addressed to Hřbitov Pohled should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
