You can order flowers for Polen online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Polen, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Flowers for a service at Kostel Všech svatých are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Zřícenina kostela sv. Markéty, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Obecní úřad Poleň, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
