What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Obecní úřad Ropice should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

Before sending a tribute to Lutheran cemetery in Ropice, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurace Penzion Mlýn, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
