You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You can send flowers to someone in AEroskobing even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Genforeningssten in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Minde om Ærøs samling are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in AEroskobing, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Gråhøje should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel & Brasserie På Torvet, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at The Monica, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Rise Skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ærø Friskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Rise Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Ærøskøbing Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Tranderup Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Arnfeldt Hotel & Restaurant, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending to Ærø Sygehus, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Ærø Kommune, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Address details for Ashullet should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Bang's Mad & Vinbar, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
